I think that's what accounted for the weight loss, anyway. Oddly enough, though, I don't think it accounts for any extra mental acuity.
That day I had spent walking around the University campus, and when I had stopped to chat, the stop included carrot cake and espresso... neither of which I typically have.
Yesterday I dropped 3 pounds sitting with my ass stapled to my chair as I spent the day, the better part of 14 hours to be frank, updating the soccer club's web site. That morning I had taken some green tea supplements that contained caffeine.
So the mystery is only partially solved.
