For some reason I'd like to figure out, I seem to be unable to sleep more than 5 or 6 hours a night. This has been going on for a couple of months now. Last year at this time I had happily settled into a regular 7 hour a night sleep pattern, which was fouled up by jet lag. Now I worry that 5 is the new 7, and my sanity might be gone if this keeps up.
It's a strange change, if nothing else.
