Referrals

It's who you know, it's who you know, it's who you know.

And it's who you impress.

I was just thinking about the fact that my ex-wife's boyfriend dropped "some serious coin" to buy two extra-large LCD screens for their new place, and the brand purchased, and store selected were all due to my input. So, here I am, a guy who probably would never make that exact purchase, but influencing someone who does. The little guys do count.

It's food for thought as I consider how to build my own business, and also may just apply to other areas of life.

Like dating.
