"I will make you remember this day... forever!"
"What do you mean by that?"
Silence.
"Here, please come sit down."
"You wish!"
She turned, and left. She walked outside, got in her car, and left without another word unless you count the squeal of her tires.
Earlier in the day she said that she almost got into an accident, and wished that she had, so that I would care and she wouldn't have to anymore.
And it all started because she called me over as she was leaving in the morning, and I said, hang on a sec, I just have to finish helping my son get his homework printed out.
She left, my kids left, the phone rang. She yelled, the line went dead. I put my phone on "Silent" mode. I checked it two hours later, and she had called 50 times. Literally 50 times. I had to look at it twice.
By lunchtime the count was over 60, and the calls were from home instead of her cell phone. I answered, she yelled, the line went dead, I called her, no answer, so I texted "Calm down. We will talk tonight."
On and on.
I decided tonight that this was it, that I was asking her to move out, I just wanted to wait until she wasn't freaking out... I wonder how long it will take me to follow through?
