Rff

Relative friendliness factor.

It differs between countries and cultures.

Like riding the monorail in KL, where I have many memories of friendly encounters with strangers.

Singapore none.

And Singapore is more like home.

  1. A clarification... I was not commenting of the friendliness of people I encountered in due course, such as waiters, shop clerks, tourists, etc. There were friendly people in this category everywhere.

    What was different was...

Complete strangers in Malaysia would come up and talk to me.
