I have my first appointment, next month, at the sleep clinic. It's a half-hour "get to know me" session where I guess we'll determine what's next. Since this is the time of year when I've had the best luck sleeping, I'm somewhat concerned that my problem won't be taken seriously, but I do at least have several month's of sleep diary entries to turn in.
And I have an appointment.
