It's been floating around in my head for perhaps a couple of months now, an idea for a photo. Tonight a final piece of the puzzle fell into place for me, the bit that makes it art, if you will.
I knew I wanted to create this, but it would involve women I knew briefly, and their nudity, and their restraint. But the image is a statement.
Initially the viewer will focus on the outline of the body, then the wrists, and then at what joins the wrists. And the statement about religion and women's position in the world because of it will become clear.
I so want to do this.
