Sleep log, entry #158

I know bores the crap out of you, but one purpose I have for this blog is to track my mood and sleeping habits. So skip this entry if you're not me. :-)

Stiff neck issues continue.
Trouble putting work out of mind, but only until about 1am.
No stimulants before bed.
Awoke at 7:40am.
Insufficient sleep, but mw.
*yawn*
