But it was an advertisement that prompted this entry in the first place.) Example: If your sink has pink, you've got gingivitis! Only Colgate Total can stop gingivitis!
Too much of our daily decision-making is (mis)guided by fear.
I had my car broken into 3 times each year for 3 years straight, in front of my house even though it was locked, and after the first couple of times I left nothing in the car at all.

More recently I purposely left my car unlocked everywhere I went throughout December and January. Did anyone ever take anything? No.
We *all* worry too much.
